„Paslaugų ir produkto kokybės vertinimas taikant neraiškių aibių metodą / Assessment of Service and Product Quality Using Fuzzy Set Approach“
Anotacija: Most web service-based systems consider the quality of service when selecting an appropriate WS to run an application. However, this is not enough to meet user needs and ensure user satisfaction. Consequently, there is a need to develop a deeper understanding of the user Quality of Experience for web services. To address this challenge, two ways were suggested: a QoE modelling space and trust score evaluation. The QoE modelling space, which views and allows for predicting QoE through quality of service attributes, WS architecture layers, and stakeholder viewpoints from a particular perspective, along with a user-aware trust evaluation approach. Both approaches utilised fuzzy-based logic and MCDM methods.
The presentation will also present other research conducted in the field of software product quality assessment, based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard.
