Registration Process

Thank you for your interest in DAMSS 2026. Before completing the form below, please take a moment to review the registration process, as submitting the form is the first step rather than a confirmation of participation.

  1. Submit your abstract using the form below.
  2. The Organizing Committee reviews all submitted abstracts.
  3. You receive a confirmation of participation by email.
  4. Starting October 20, 2026, you will receive a separate notification allowing you to pay the registration fee.

Only participants who have received confirmation of participation are required to pay the registration fee and are permitted to attend the conference. 

Important: The number of participants is limited, so registration may end before the specified deadline if the number of registered participants exceeds 120. The registration will be closed automatically without any additional notice or warning.

Please note: The number of participants without presentations (listeners) is limited, and priority will be given to participants with presentations. 

Participation in DAMSS 2026 is restricted to registered conference participants only

We look forward to receiving your submission and to welcoming you in Druskininkai.

The conference focuses on live interaction among participants, but there is also some scope for a limited number of virtual oral and poster presentations.
We do not plan a special session for virtual presentations at DAMSS, but speakers of sessions will have an opportunity to talk online. Also, there will be an opportunity for speakers who cannot attend to present their posters. If a speaker is unable to attend, he/she must send a 5-minute recording of his/her presentation as well as a PDF file of the poster in A1 format. A poster of the presentation will be printed and hung in the DAMSS poster room. A video of the presentation will be posted on the DAMSS website for conference participants to access the research. The organizers will facilitate virtual communication during the poster presentation.

Photography and Video:

 

Photographs and videos are taken at DAMSS conferences by DAMSS’ officers, members, registrants, contractors, and affiliates for use by DAMSS. By registering for this event, you agree to allow DAMSS and/or its affiliates to use the photographs/videos captured at public or official activities.

Please indicate your preference for the presentation format (oral or poster). Please note that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to change or retain the presentation format; this will be communicated later, together with the confirmation of your registration.
