Information for authors and visitors of virtual posters

A chat room has been created for virtual poster presentations in the Skype environment.

Its web link is: https://join.skype.com/zTYRkjuwpsH9

Its QR code:

Authors of virtual poster presentations must be logged in to this room at all times during their session, as scheduled in the conference programme: https://www.mii.lt/damss/index.php/program/posters
Visitors to the poster session can log in to the chat room at any time and discuss with the authors of virtual posters during their session as scheduled in the conference programme. Visitors are advised to use their mobile devices and connect via QR code. However, the online link to the room also works.

Attention!

Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for the authors to display the results and conclusions of the presented researchers. The poster will be exhibited during the conference.

The recommended paper size of posters is A1 (84.1 cm x 59.4 cm.), language is English.

We do not plan a special session for virtual presentations at DAMSS. Also, there will be an opportunity for speakers who cannot attend to present their posters.  If a speaker is unable to attend, he/she must send a 5-minute recording of his/her presentation as well as a pdf file of the poster in A1 format. A poster of the presentation will be printed and hung in the DAMSS poster room. A video of the presentation will be posted on the DAMSS website for conference participants to access the research.
