Data Analysis Methods for Software Systems

The Organizing Committee is pleased to welcome you to take part in the 16th Conference „Data Analysis Methods for Software Systems“, which will be held on November 27 - 29, 2025, in Druskininkai, Lithuania.

The Conference is organized by the Vilnius University Institute of Data Science and Digital Technologies, the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and the Lithuanian Computer Society.

Goals of the Event
  1. Introduce the computer science and IT business community to research undertaken at Lithuanian and foreign universities in the fields of software engineering and data mining (the number of scientists presenting their projects at the conference grows every year).
  2. Foster relations between business entities and the research community. Business representatives will have an opportunity to introduce their problems that need scientific solutions.
  3. Facilitate scientific networking that will lead to joint research projects.
  4. Initiate connections with foreign research institutions and scientists.
Time and Place
The conference is to be held on November 27 - 29, 2025, at the "Europa Royale" hotel in Druskininkai, Lithuania.


Regular Conference Registration Fee:  280 EUR
Late Registration Fee:  350 EUR
Online Participation Registration Fee:  150 EUR
 
 
The conference focuses on live interaction among participants, but there is also some scope for a limited number of virtual oral and poster presentations.
We do not plan a special session for virtual presentations at DAMSS, but speakers of sessions will have an opportunity to talk online. Also, there will be an opportunity for speakers who cannot attend to present their posters. If a speaker is unable to attend, he/she must send a 5-minute recording of his/her presentation as well as a pdf file of the poster in A1 format. A poster of the presentation will be printed and hung in the DAMSS poster room. A video of the presentation will be posted on the DAMSS website for conference participants to access the research. Organizers will provide virtual communication during the poster presentation.

Important: The number of participants is limited, so registration may end before the specified deadline if the number of registered participants exceeds 120. The registration will be closed automatically without any additional notice or warning.

Please note: The number of participants without presentations (listeners) is limited, and priority will be given to participants with presentations. 

Participation in DAMSS’2025 is restricted to registered conference participants only. 

Publications

Each session talk is 15-20 minutes long. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for the authors to display the results and conclusions of their research. The poster will be exhibited during the conference.

The recommended paper size of posters is A1 (84.1 cm x 59.4 cm.), language is English.
 
We will recommend the authors of talks to submit their papers for publication in the special issue of "Baltic Journal of Modern Computing" www.bjmc.lu.lv.
