The participants who wish will be transferred from Vilnius to Siauliai (Šiauliai) and back to Vilnius by bus (about 3 hours). The bus departs from Vilnius on July 4, at 18:00 (the meeting point), and comes back from Siauliai on July 7, at 10:00. In Vilnius we are planning to be approximately at 18:00. Participants' transfer from Vilnius to Siauliai and from Siauliai to Vilnius is without any charge.

From the airport to the Vilnius City Center you can go:
  • by taxi - numerous taxis are operating in Vilnius. Taxis hired in the street can be expensive and not always of the best quality. It is recommended to call Martono Taxi 1422 (short local number) or +37052400004. This is the only taxi company in Vilnius, that you can pay for services by credit card. The price for a taxi from Vilnius airport to the City Center is around 15 Eur;
  • by bus - you can reach the centre of Vilnius from airport by bus number 2 (journey time - 20 minutes) or minibus number 15  from the stop called "Oro uostas"Single tickets for city bus can be purchased from "Lietuvos Spauda" kiosk or direct from the driver.  Prices for public transportation are up to 1 Eur. Please chek public transportation schedules. 
  • or by train -special scheduled train runs from Vilnius Railway Station to the airport. The railway stop, stairs, and passenger lift are installed just outside the airport terminal, as well as lighting and a video surveillance system for the safety of passengers. A covered pedestrian walkway connects the airport terminal with the railway stop and is lighted during the night. The train goes every 30 minutes and fare is 2.5 Litas (about 1 Eur).
