The special price is valid till the ‘booking’ date assuming rooms in quotas are still available. The quotas are canceled after the ‘booking’ date.
For accommodation please contact us at the email address europt2012@mii.vu.lt then we will reserve your place at the guest houses and we will send you an invoice to make the money transfer.
Thus, please make your reservation as soon as possible.
The transportation to and from the conference place will be offered.
After you make a hotel reservation please inform us by filling in the Accommodation form.
